Lead the end-to-end Record-to-Report process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end/year-end close, regulatory compliance, robust internal controls, and continuous process improvements through automation and standardization.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Close & Reporting
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
Review journal entries and account reconciliations.
Perform variance analysis and management reporting.
Ensure compliance with closing calendars.
General Ledger Management
Maintain chart of accounts.
Review manual journal entries.
Monitor intercompany transactions.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Financial Reporting
Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP (as applicable).




Prepare Board and Audit Committee reports.
Support statutory reporting requirements.
Fixed Assets Accounting
Capitalization of assets.
Depreciation accounting.
Asset verification.
Asset disposals.
CWIP monitoring.
Intercompany Accounting
Reconciliation of intercompany balances.
Elimination entries.
Transfer pricing support.
Settlement of balances.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Support statutory audit.
Support internal audit.
Coordinate tax and GST requirements.
Ensure SOX/IFC compliance where applicable.
Balance Sheet Governance
Review reconciliations.
Identify aged balances.
Drive resolution of exceptions.
Maintain reconciliation policies.
