Recruitment
Source quality candidates through multiple job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a database of candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future manpower needs.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain and update the companys CRM software with accurate customer and lead information.
Track customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely customer communication.
Generate CRM reports and maintain data accuracy.
Monitor customer interactions and ensure prompt responses.




Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely coordination and support.
Ensure proper documentation and record management within the CRM system.

Desired Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment through multiple job portals.
Experience in resume screening and candidate assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of CRM software and customer data management.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment and CRM operations.
Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
