Role & responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through various channels including digital campaigns, channel partners, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and customer meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential and commercial projects.

Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, bookings, and closure of sales.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with CRM, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.




Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/MBA preferred.
5- 10 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Valuable understanding of home loan processes, RERA guidelines, and real estate market dynamics.

CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Preferred Industry: Real Estate Developers, Property Consulting, Housing Finance, or Residential Sales.
