Analyze and solve moderately complex problems with minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and moderate level of instruction on recent assignments.
Interact with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others as an individual contributor or small team lead.
Work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in real-time analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
Experience working in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
