Position: Paralegal / Junior Legal Associate Corporate & Company Law

Role Overview

The Client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support the legal team in corporate and company law matters. The role will primarily focus on documentation, drafting support, and legal research, working closely with senior legal professionals on transactions, compliance, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities
Legal Documentation & Drafting Support
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents including:
Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA)
Share Subscription Agreements (SSA)
Joint Venture (JV) Agreements
NDAs, commercial contracts, and internal legal documents
Maintain version control and ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation
Legal Research & Compliance
Conduct legal research on corporate and company law matters
Support in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
Assist in preparation of notes, summaries, and legal briefs
Transaction & Team Support




Support senior legal team in ongoing transactions and documentation processes
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for document collection and information flow
Assist in maintaining legal records, trackers, and data rooms
Administrative & Coordination Support
Organize and manage legal files, contracts, and documentation repositories
Track timelines, follow-ups, and key deliverables
Liaise with internal teams and external counsel as required

Strong drafting and documentation skills
Good understanding of corporate law fundamentals
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Candidate Profile
LLB from a reputed institution
1–3 years of experience as a paralegal or junior legal professional
Exposure to corporate law documentation and contracts preferred
Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal team is an advantage
