Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities with a focus on bulk hiring for BPO/contact centre operations.
Use various job portals for job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and maintaining recruitment pipeline.
Conduct recruitment-related calling, candidate follow-ups, and coordinate interviews.
Support onboarding activities, employee records, attendance management, and basic payroll coordination.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in BPO recruitment is preferred.
Hands-on experience with job portals and bulk hiring processes.
Positive communication skills with the ability to handle recruitment calls and candidate coordination.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and payroll support.
