Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives and convert business priorities into actionable plans.
Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution across functions.
Analyze business performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide insights to leadership.
Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate recent business prospects and support investment decisions.
Work closely with regional/business heads to improve growth and execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and ensure delivery of business goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile
410 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Business Operations, PMO, or Business Excellence.




Solid experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
Exposure to business analytics, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Understanding of financial metrics, profitability, and business performance.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
