Corporate Recruiter - US Staffing

What will you be doing day-to-day?
Source and interview for the open internal needs in US and Canada
Work on job boards, social media websites, referrals, and find suitable candidates.
Conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying checklist items such as qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.
Design creative means that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified applicants.
Work on getting referrals from internal and external sources.

Your Experience:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience supporting Corporate hiring for US/Canada
Must have a strong work ethic, discipline,



and performance record
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, creative sourcing, and targeted selection.

Your Skills:
Must be positive with Boolean and sourcing
Active on Social Media (Facebook and LinkedIn)
Must be positive at negotiation and selling
Must be very organised and have an excellent work ethic
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. Outstanding attitude, passion, and drive to succeed.
High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability
Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving
