Position: Technical Sales Engineer (ESS)

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Technical Sales Engineer (ESS) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of energy storage systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and propose suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
Present ESS products, conduct technical demonstrations, and explain solution advantages.
Gather requirements and prepare RFQs, technical specifications, and proposals.
Provide technical support and consultation throughout the sales cycle.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to drive business growth.




Coordinate with engineering and project teams for solution development and execution.
Maintain customer and chance data in CRM systems.

Required Skills
Experience in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Application Engineering, or Solution Sales.
Knowledge of Energy Storage Systems (ESS), batteries, renewable energy, solar, or power electronics.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
Experience in RFQ preparation, technical documentation, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented qualified.
