We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Merchant Ops team, responsible for creating pre-requisitions for brands. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Brand Ops and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and lead the Merchant Ops team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand performance and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create pre-requisitions for brands.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure team effectiveness.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in Brand Ops or a related field,



with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Solid understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
