Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and manage a team of .NET developers.
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade .NET applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and development trends.

Required Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
Solid expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Web API.
Positive knowledge of SQL Server/MySQL and database design.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration.
Robust understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
Experience with Git and issue tracking tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in the FinTech domain is preferred.
.NET Certification is an added advantage.
