Role & responsibilities
Coordinate the preparation and submission of DPRs for Highway, Bridge and Infrastructure Projects.
Liaise with NHAI, MoRTH, State Road Development Corporations (RDCs), PWDs and other Government Agencies.
Identify and monitor upcoming DPR, Design Consultancy and PMC opportunities through GeM, CPP Portal and State e-procurement portals.
Coordinate with Highway, Structure, Geotechnical, Survey, Traffic and Environmental Design Teams.
Prepare EOIs, Technical Proposals, Pre-Qualification (PQ) Documents and Tender Submissions.
Monitor proposal schedules, bid deadlines and client communications.
Develop and maintain relationships with Government Departments, Consultants and Strategic Partners.
Coordinate client meetings, presentations and pre-bid discussions.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of DPRs and design submissions.




Support contract negotiations and business development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of DPR preparation, Highway Design and Consultancy Services.
Valuable understanding of NHAI, MoRTH, State PWD/RDC procurement procedures and consultancy contracts.
Experience in Tendering, Proposal Preparation and Business Development.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Solid coordination, leadership and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple proposals and projects simultaneously.
