Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute offline marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, BTL Activities, Event Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Field Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute offline marketing and trade marketing strategies.
Plan and manage BTL campaigns, brand activation activities, and promotional events.
Coordinate exhibitions, health camps, product launches, roadshows, and retail activation programs.
Work closely with the sales team to design market-specific promotional campaigns.
Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) planning, distribution, and execution.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event partners for smooth campaign execution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.




Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-activity reports with actionable insights.
Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to strengthen brand presence.
Ensure timely execution of marketing activities within the allocated budget.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in FMCG, Beverages, Healthcare, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods will be preferred.
Willingness to travel for market visits and promotional activities.
