Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Networking).
Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters, containerized workloads, and automated provisioning.
Implement best practices for scalability, resilience, and security.
CI/CD Release Management Design, implement, and scale CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio.
Champion GitOps workflows for automated, auditable deployments.
Drive consistency, speed, and reliability across release cycles.
Governance Compliance Enforce governance, compliance, and security standards across the SDLC.
Support Agile/Scrum teams in aligning DevOps practices with delivery goals.
Collaboration Delivery Partner with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure production readiness.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.





Requirements
4+ years in DevOps roles supporting enterprise-grade deployments.
Solid hands-on expertise with:
AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, IAM, Networking).
Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus.
Automation scripting experience (Go preferred, Bash/Python acceptable).
Proven track record in: Managing production-grade Kubernetes workloads.
Building and scaling CI/CD pipelines.
