Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with a strong background in implementing and supporting Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The candidate should have hands-on development experience, relevant ServiceNow certifications, and the ability to independently manage technical triage, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions.
Work on end-to-end IRM implementations, including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
Perform bug fixing, enhancements, and production support activities.
Handle technical triage independently, identify root causes, and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to gather and analyse requirements.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.




Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Maintain documentation for developed functionalities and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM module.
Robust Platform knowledge and experience
Experience in working at least 2 IRM implementation projects.
Proficiency in:
Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
Flow Designer / Workflow
UI Policies & Data Policies
Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Ability to work on enhancements, defect fixes, and L3 support.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently on technical triage and issue resolution.
