Job Title: Customer Care Executive (NR Customer Service)

Summary:

Manage end-to-end customer service for NRI/NR banking customers by handling queries, service requests, complaints, and relationship management across phone, email, and digital channels while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities-
Handle customer queries related to:
NRE/NRO Accounts
Deposits
Remittances
Debit Cards
Internet Banking
Other banking products and services
Resolve customer complaints and service requests within defined TAT.
Provide support through calls, emails, chat, and digital channels.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation for account servicing requests.
Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and customer updates.
Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems.




Adhere to RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and bank compliance requirements.
Drive customer satisfaction and service quality metrics.
Identify cross-selling prospects where relevant.
Meet productivity, quality, and service KPIs.

Educational & Qualified Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/Post Graduation preferred.

Experience

1- 5 years of experience in -
Customer Service
Contact Center Operations
Banking Operations
Customer Relationship Management
Experience in NRI/NR customer servicing preferred

Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Male candidate.
Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
Ability to manage end-to-end customer query closure.
Customer-centric mindset with robust problem-solving skills
