Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR and gaining hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Support the onboarding process by collecting documents, preparing joining formalities, and coordinating induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in attendance management, leave records, and HR data management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
Support performance management and training initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS using Excel.
Assist in employee exit formalities and documentation.




Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/work experience in HR are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
