Analyze production data to identify areas for scrap reduction and lead Kaizen initiatives.
Optimize the use and maintenance of moulds to ensure production efficiency.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent diploma.
Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical production processes.




Proven track record of driving continuous improvement within production teams.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a large workforce.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience in manpower planning and handling.
Knowledge of production (foaming) processes, machinery, and quality standards.
Positive attitude and ability to foster a collaborative work setting.
