Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily field operations across Noida, East Delhi, and Ghaziabad.
Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and service-level agreements.
Collect, verify, and maintain accurate field data, reports, and attendance records.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline field workflows and reduce delays.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
