Robust communication skills for farmer training programs
Design and implement organic farming training programs
Conduct soil health assessments and recommend amendments
Guide farmers through organic certification processes
Develop standard operating procedures for crop cultivation
Research and introduce recent organic farming techniques
Monitor pest and disease management using organic methods
Prepare reports on farm productivity and sustainability metrics
