In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top-tier technical talent. To succeed, you must possess a deep understanding of software development terms, cloud infrastructure, and contemporary tech stacks. Ultimately, your goal is to build a robust pipeline of passive tech talent and maintain high retention rates by hiring the right fits.
Responsibilities
Partner with Managers: Collaborate with engineering leads to define technical hiring criteria and job prerequisites.
Source Passive Candidates: Use specialized platforms like LinkedIn Naukri and tech forums.
Screen Technical Skills: Conduct initial resume screening, behavioral calls, and high-level tech literacy checks.
