Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Manage bulk hiring requirements efficiently.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and employee references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates until onboarding.

Required Skills
Consultancy background is mandatory.
Experience in BFSI & NBFC hiring is preferred.
Hands-on experience with hiring portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Shine, and similar platforms.
Valuable knowledge of ATS management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
