Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate quality leads, build strong client relationships, and help scale our agency growth. It is a Work from Home job.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities for digital marketing services
Lead generation through email marketing, LinkedIn, cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, and networking
Must have a solid database of business contacts and email data for outreach
Connect with potential clients and schedule meetings for service presentations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and follow-up strategies
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams for smooth onboarding
Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain CRM and regular reporting of lead status and conversions
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills




Fluent English communication is mandatory
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Robust understanding of Digital Marketing services and agency sales
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
Confidence in cold calling and business pitching
Knowledge of email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred
Must have access to quality email databases and lead generation resources
Experience in B2B sales and agency business development preferred
Minimum 1 3 years of relevant experience
Immediate joiners preferred
