Job Description
Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with knowledge of all phases of SDLC, having spent at-least 3+ years in leading and managing development teams using Agile methodologies
Native Cloud knowledge and hands on experience from a platform perspective (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS)
AWS and/or Azure development and deployment experience including microservice architecture on the cloud
Understanding and working knowledge of using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to represent service architecture and configuration
Passionate about rapid feedback cycles, continuous integration, devops, and test automation
Experience building secure, scalable software systems (UI, API s, data persistence layers)
Experience leading a cross functional software team including frontend/backend/QA/Devops engineers
Robust hands on expertise in Java and Java based microservices (mandatory)
Frontend/UI experience (React / Angular / TypeScript / NodeJS) is a plus




Experience working with and leading remote teams including offshore resources
Robust expertise in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, retros, backlog grooming)
Hands on coding and technical contribution experience is mandatory
Ability to collaborate effectively with US based teams in a distributed/offshore setup
Bachelor s degree or higher in a computer science or related field and/or relevant experience

Additional Information
Has worked with UK clients and team (Preferred)
Has working experience of the onshore offshore model
Has experience of commercial awareness in aspects such as revenue recognition and margin management
