Job Description: Java Full Stack Developer (4 - 6 Years)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 4 to 6 years of professional experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React for frontend development, Spring Boot for backend services, and PostgreSQL for database management.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development: Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
Backend Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot (Java).
Database Management: Develop effective queries, optimize performance, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Required Skills & Experience
4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in React, Spring Boot,



and PostgreSQL.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Solid understanding of software design patterns, security best practices, and performance optimization.
Knowledge on AI Prompts to leverage AI-assisted development and productivity tools.
Knowledge or experience in Angular, .Net
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification: BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
Knowledge on API frameworks.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
