Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
