We are seeking an experienced and cutting-edge R&D; Manager Special Projects with solid hands-on design capabilities in MIL-Grade/Industrial Grade Power Supplies Systems using Cosel/Synqor products for applications related to MOD, Armed Forces, and DRDO labs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead special R&D; projects for MIL-grade power supplies.
Design power electronics circuits meeting military specifications.
Drive prototyping, testing, validation, and product release.
Collaborate with MOD, Armed Forces, DRDO to define requirements.
Manage and mentor engineering teams.
Prepare defence project documentation (QA Plans, BOM, Test Reports).

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics or related field.




10+ years in MIL-grade power supply design.
Experience with MOD/Armed Forces/DRDO projects.
Solid understanding of MIL standards and ESS.

Preferred
Defence electronics industry experience.
Familiarity with defence manufacturing certifications.
