Execute and supervise all finishing activities, including tiling, painting, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and false ceiling works.
Ensure all finishing works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams to ensure seamless execution of site activities.
Conduct regular quality inspections, monitor snag rectification, and facilitate the timely handover of completed units.
Track contractor progress, verify and certify contractor bills, and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures throughout the project execution.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
