Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for Windows Server infrastructure.
Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtual settings.
Administer and monitor Storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS).
Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents within SLA.
Perform server health checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
Escalate complex issues to L3 teams when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service availability.
Maintain technical documentation and incident records.
