About the Role

Proso AI is hiring an HR MBA Intern to support the Human Resources team in a focused SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) cleanup and documentation project. This is an excellent prospect for an MBA student specializing in HR to gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, process design, and policy structuring in a dynamic tech setting.

Key Responsibilities
Review, audit, and clean up existing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various functions.
Identify gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies in current HR documentation and recommend improvements.
Assist in drafting, structuring, and formatting updated SOPs in line with organizational standards.




Coordinate with HR team members and stakeholders to gather inputs and validate process flows.
Maintain an organized repository of finalized SOPs, policies, and process documents.
Support the HR team with day-to-day operational and documentation tasks as required.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling internal HR information and process data.

Eligibility & Requirements
Pursuing an MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resources.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently on assigned deliverables.
Must be based in Noida and available for Work From Office (WFO).
