We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented qualified to join our Academic Operations team and drive faculty management, engagement, and academic coordination initiatives across centers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Faculty Hiring across assigned centers
Handle Faculty Management, coordination, engagement, and issue resolution
Plan and execute Faculty Enrichment & Training Programs
Drive PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting) processes and student mentorship initiatives
Monitor NPS & feedback mechanisms from students and parents
Manage faculty leave processes and policy coordination
Conduct Teacher Pulse activities to improve faculty engagement
Drive Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) initiatives for faculty motivation
Prepare workload, performance, and operational dashboards

Preferred Skills




Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Valuable understanding of academic operations and faculty lifecycle management
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting and dashboarding
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace
Prior experience in Academic / EdTech Operations preferred
