Role & responsibilities

MICE Planning & Operations
Plan and coordinate MICE events including meetings, incentive trips, conferences and exhibitions.
Manage end-to-end logistics such as flights, accommodation, transportation and on-ground arrangements.
Assist in preparing contracts, agreements and invoices related to MICE activities.

Travel & Logistics Management
Handle air ticketing, hotel bookings, ground handling and visa assistance.
Oversee day-to-day travel operations and ensure smooth execution as per itineraries.

Vendor & Agency Management
Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with MICE vendors, travel agencies, hotels and service providers.
Obtain and compare quotations, finalize vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align requirements and deliverables.




Ensure timely communication and updates across all stakeholders.

Budgeting & Compliance
Assist in budgeting, cost tracking and reconciliation of MICE activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance and service standards.

Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) / Incentive Programs
Support planning and execution of incentive trips for agents, dealers and internal teams.
Manage operations from planning stage through final execution.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust understanding of MICE operations and travel management.
Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Vendor management and cost optimization skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
