Role & responsibilities

The Deputy Manager- Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing recruitment activities or supporting the HRBP with recruitment-related tasks.

Job Description
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions
Develop and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and qualified networks.
Organize and conduct candidate interviews.
Coordinate with selected candidates for BV documentations
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and talent pools, ensuring accurate records
Ensure compliance to the all VFS Global HR Guidelines / standards set for the employees.

Promote judicious use of natural resources.
Adhere to the organisation's setting, health,



and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)
Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

a. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

Education
Graduate or Post Graduate or global equivalent degree

Additional: Certifications in HR

Experience
25 years of experience in US Recruitment.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
Willingness to work in US shift timings
