Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
Drive sales through both cold calling and company-generated (hot) leads.
Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, revenue, and team productivity.
Allocate leads and ensure timely CRM updates and follow-ups.
Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and product training sessions.
Coordinate with Marketing to maximize campaign lead conversions.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
Resolve customer escalations and coordinate with Operations, Billing, and Logistics for smooth order execution.
Identify training needs and support team development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.

Qualification & Experience

Education
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred





Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a Tele Sales team.
Experience in target-driven B2C sales.
Exposure to EdTech, Consumer Electronics, AV Solutions, or IT Hardware is preferred.
