Role & responsibilities :
Design & Develop Automated Tests: Create robust, reusable, and maintainable automated test scripts using Python.
Test Framework Management: Build, configure, and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework, Behave).
Integration with CI/CD: Integrate automated tests into continuous integration pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Quality Advocacy: Act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring software meets functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

Test Script Development
Write automated test cases for functional, regression, API, and UI testing.
Use Python libraries like unittest, pytest, selenium, requests, or playwright.

Framework Enhancement
Maintain and improve automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.
Implement data-driven, keyword-driven, or BDD approaches.

Test Execution & Reporting
Run automated test suites and analyze results.
Generate detailed test reports and defect logs.

Defect Management
Identify, log, and track defects in tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.




Work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.

Continuous Improvement
Optimize test coverage and execution time.
Keep automation scripts updated with application changes.

Setting & Data Setup
Prepare test environments and manage test data for automation runs.

Version Control & Code Review
Use Git for source control.
Participate in peer reviews of test scripts to ensure quality.

Cross-Platform & Cross-Browser Testing
Ensure automation works across different OS, browsers, and devices
