Role & responsibilities
Make quotations and proposals as per customer requirements.
Enter sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally.
Maintain basic accounting records and daily entries.
Prepare invoices and coordinate with the accounts team.
Organize and maintain documents and records.
Assist with day-to-day office and administrative work.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
Knowledge of voucher entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt & Journal).
Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to prepare quotations accurately.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
