Client Communication & Relationship Management
Act as the primary investment representative for PMS clients – both existing and prospective.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews, performance updates, and market outlook sessions with clients (HNI/UHNI/family offices).




Simplify complex investment decisions into transparent, compelling narratives aligned with client goals.
Collaborate with the relationship management and sales teams to ensure high-touch client experience.
Proactively address client queries, concerns, and requests with promptness and professionalism.
Contribute to investor newsletters, webinars, and thought leadership content.

Reporting & Compliance
Ensure timely generation and validation of performance reports and client dashboards.
Adhere to SEBI PMS regulations and internal compliance standards.
Maintain documentation of investment rationale and audit trails for portfolio decisions.
