Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented RTR skilled to manage end-to-end Record to Report activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely month-end closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end RTR processes including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Handle bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure accuracy of general ledger and resolve discrepancies
Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Work closely with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred)
26 years of experience in RTR / General Accounting
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience in journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in shared services / GBS workplace
Knowledge of IFRS/IND AS
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
