Job Role:
Review, analyze, and resolve claim edits and rejections before claim submission.
Identify the root cause of claim rejections and take corrective actions.
Ensure accurate claim correction and timely resubmission to insurance payers.
Validate patient demographics, insurance details, coding, and billing information.
Coordinate with coding, charge entry, and other internal teams to resolve claim issues.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines, and client-specific processes.
Document actions taken and maintain accurate records in the billing system.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
15 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing.
Willing to work in Night Shift (US timings).
