Team Lead – CLO/CDO Compliance/Operations
Skills Required
MBA (Finance)/B.COM/CFA with 6–8+ years of experience in Bank Loan/CLO
Operations.
Robust knowledge of syndicated loan lifecycle and CLO operations.
Basic understanding of CLO structures, Warehouse , and CLO Lifecycle.
Familiarity with CLO Compliance, Collateral & Coverage Tests, and Trustee
reporting is preferred.
Hands-on experience with WSO, Markit, ClearPar, GENEVA and advanced MS Excel.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams, client relationships, and operational escalations.
Responsibilities
The role will involve the following critical activities:




Manage daily CLO operations while ensuring SLA and quality compliance.
Oversee reconciliations, settlements, cash movements, and loan lifecycle events.
Review and resolve operational escalations and client queries.
Coordinate with clients, custodians, agents, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and MIS reporting.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and team development.
Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members
