Role & responsibilities

Operational Reporting, Analytics & Dashboard Management
Build, automate, and maintain business dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query, and automation tools.
Develop scalable and automated MIS solutions to improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual effort.
Monitor operational, customer, and business performance metrics and highlight trends, exceptions, and opportunities.
Design and maintain leadership dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
Continuously improve reporting frameworks through standardization, automation, and process optimization.

Business Analytics & Insights
Analyze large operational and business datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and growth opportunities.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
Perform deep-dive analysis and root cause investigations to identify underlying drivers of business issues.
Proactively identify red flags, anomalies,



and performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc business reviews, highlighting key changes, risks, and prospects.
Measure business impact of initiatives and track improvement outcomes using data-driven methodologies.
Support forecasting, performance planning, and business decision-making through analytical insights.

Automation & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve organizational productivity through automation.
Design and implement workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate and other workflow platforms.
Automate recurring reports, dashboards, data preparation processes, and business workflows.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, BCA, Computer science, Bsc or Engineering (or a related discipline).
Certifications in Power BI, SQL, Python, Data Analytics, Automation, or related technologies preferred.
