Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in Motor Insurance or General Insurance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in agency channel management and client servicing is highly desirable.
