Role & responsibilities

International Marketing & Business Development
Assist in developing and executing international marketing strategies.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in overseas markets.
Correspond professionally with international buyers and respond to enquiries.
Prepare quotations, presentations and follow up with prospective customers.
Coordinate participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs and buyer meetings.
Build and maintain solid relationships with overseas customers.

Export Coordination
Assist in preparing export documentation and commercial correspondence.
Coordinate with production, logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
Maintain records related to customer communication, orders and shipments.
Support day-to-day international business operations.

Preferred candidate profile




Positive understanding of international business and global trade.
Basic knowledge of export documentation and international commercial practices.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, eager to learn and willing to take responsibility.
