Role & Responsibilities
Assist in developing planting concepts and preparing project-specific plant palettes.
Prepare plant schedules, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with nurseries and vendors for plant sourcing, procurement, and logistics.
Evaluate plant quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Supervise planting activities on site and monitor implementation quality.
Coordinate with landscape architects, architects, contractors, and consultants throughout project execution.
Conduct regular site visits and provide technical guidance during implementation.
Develop maintenance guidelines and monitor plant establishment after installation.
Maintain an updated database of plant species, nurseries, and landscape vendors.
Research native, climate-resilient, and innovative planting solutions for ongoing and future projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in landscape horticulture, planting design, or landscape execution.




Strong knowledge of ornamental, native, and tropical plant species.
Valuable understanding of soil preparation, irrigation systems, plant health, and maintenance practices.
Ability to read landscape drawings and technical documents.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or GIS will be an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to travel for site visits.
