Role & Responsibilities
Identify upcoming projects and maintain an updated database of potential clients.
Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Share company information and introduce products/services to recent clients.
Support the sales team by preparing and sending quotations to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Design, Accounts, and Sales for smooth order processing.
Assist in vendor registration and maintain required documentation.
Prepare Proforma Invoices and support other sales-related administrative activities.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups and outstanding dues.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and MIS for management review.
Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
Build robust customer relationships and collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and payment status.





Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant discipline.
Additional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an advantage.
34 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Business Development Support, or Customer Coordination roles.
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Aluminium Formwork, Building Materials, or Construction Equipment industry is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic reporting.
Ability to prepare quotations, maintain records, and handle sales documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
