Role & responsibilities
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales of polymer-related applications, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Solid experience in sales and marketing of industrial chemicals used in polymer applications, including PVC, PP, PE Compounding, etc.
Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be open to extensive travel.
