The role demands robust expertise in power market operations, business development, and regulatory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the companys trading portfolio while ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Requirements:

Educational:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Economics, or related field.
MBA or Masters in Energy Management (preferred).

Experience:
5+ years in power trading, energy markets, or the power sector.
Proven experience with IEX/PXIL trading platforms.
Experience in business development and managing trading operations.

Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of the Indian power market and regulatory frameworks.




Proficiency in financial analysis and market forecasting tools.
Knowledge of risk management in energy trading.

Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
Knowledge of renewable energy markets.
Familiarity with CERC/SERC regulations.
Experience in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
