Role & responsibilities
Preparation of Ind AS financial statements and ownership of the monthly financial close.
MIS reporting, financial analysis, and providing decision support to the leadership team.
Leading ERP implementation and migration initiatives during business expansion and acquisitions.
Managing statutory compliance, audits, and strengthening internal controls.
Overseeing cash flow, treasury, and working capital management.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant with robust accounting fundamentals and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with operations and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working on the ground with warehouse teams, including warehouse visits (as and when required).
