Role & responsibilities :
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core HR processes and policies.
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), goal setting, reviews, calibration, and capability-building initiatives.
Design and implement competency frameworks, career progression, and talent development programs.
Develop and execute employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
Own HR policies, SOPs, process documentation, and governance.
Monitor HR metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Drive HR automation and digital initiatives in collaboration with HRIS and IT teams.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Benchmark HR best practices and recommend process improvements.
Lead and mentor junior HR team members while collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders.





Desired Skills & Competencies :-
Robust understanding of HR best practices and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Engagement.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in HR reporting and dashboards.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive change across functions.
Experience working with HRMS platforms and Microsoft Excel/Power BI is preferred.
47 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR Centre of Excellence or specialist HR functions.
Experience in manufacturing or engineering organizations will be an advantage.
