Job Title: Sales Manager Prime LAP (DSA Channel)

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Indore Khargone (MP)

We are looking for experienced Sales Managers for our Prime LAP business to drive sourcing through the DSA channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Source Prime LAP business through the DSA network.

Acquire and manage relationships with DSAs.

Generate high-quality LAP cases with ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 5 Crores.

Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for smooth loan processing.

Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company policies.

Expand and strengthen the DSA network in the assigned territory.

Eligibility:

28 years of experience in Prime LAP/LAP/SME secured lending.





Hands-on experience in DSA channel is mandatory.

Positive understanding of Prime LAP underwriting and market dynamics.

Robust relationship management and sales skills.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals with a proven track record in Prime LAP sourcing through the DSA channel and robust local market knowledge.
